No—we’re based in Northwest Indiana but regularly travel to support events across the country. Whether your corporate event is local or out of state, our team is ready to deliver the same high-quality AV experience wherever you need us.

We provide AV services for a wide range of corporate functions, including meetings, conferences, press events, trainings, continuing education programs, product launches, and internal celebrations. If your event requires a stage, microphone, or screen, we can help you.

What’s included in your AV service?

Our services are fully customized to your event, but typically include professional-grade sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens, lighting, LED walls, and on-site technical support. We handle setup, operation, and teardown so you can stay focused on your agenda.

Do you work directly with venues?

Yes. We coordinate with your venue to ensure a smooth setup and compliance with all technical requirements. If you’re still choosing a location, we’re happy to advise on AV-related considerations to help you make the best choice.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for multi-day events or those requiring travel. However, we do our best to accommodate tight timelines and last-minute requests when availability allows.
